Low calorie diet plan

Characteristics of products and ways of preparing food for low-calorie diet

Bakery products. Permission is granted to rye and wheat bread made from wheat flour, wheat-protein and protein-bran bread - 100-150 grams per day. Prohibited items from the top of flour and 1 st grades, products and fancy pastry.

Soups. To 250-300 g per reception. Of the different vegetables with a little potato or cereals: soup, borscht, hash, beetroot. 2-3 times a week on a low fat-free soups, meat or fish broth with vegetables and meatballs. Milk is prohibited. Potatoes, cereals, beans, pasta.

Dairy products. Milk and milk drinks low-fat. Sour cream - in a dish. Low-fat cottage cheese, and 9% fat (100-200 g per day) - a natural and as cheesecakes, puddings. Low-fat cheese - is limited. Do not fat cottage cheese, sweet cheese, sweet yogurt, fermented baked milk, milk, ghee, fatty and salty cheeses.

Eggs. 2.1 pieces per day. Boiled, protein omelettes. Omelets with vegetables. Do not scrambled.
